Not sure, but I was listening to an ACB discussion this weekend that
indicated that One Note was being completely rewritten to be compatible
with screen readers. The new version might only be available in Win10 as
they said it was a separate download in the Win10 store from the Office
downloads.
In other words, if you are messing with a version of One Note that did not
come out in the last 3 months I would not invest much effort in it. On the
other hand, I believe there were some One Note scripts being sold a couple
years back. by "Do It Blind".

Unfortunately, the text elements that are clickable and so in another
color, aren't braille underlined, thugh I turned on Script defined and
color in the settings center. Any ideas?
