[jawsscripts] Beta 0.3 of Firefox Max scripts

Recent changes:
Reassigned keys for importing a file to the clipboard to Control+Slash
and Control+Shift+Slash. Added Alt+Slash and Alt+Shift+Slash for
importing to a block, analagous to other block commands.
Several keys now support browsing with multiple tabs of a window:
Control+T browses with a new tab, Control+Shift+T restores a closed tab,
Control+1 - 8 selects tab 1 - 8, Control+9 selects the last tab,
Control+Tab selects the next tab, Control+Shift+Tab selects the prior tab,
and Control+F4 closes the current tab.
Eliminated double speaking in combo boxes, such as a search box reached
with Control+K, Control+L, or Control+T. Fixed JAWSKey+H not opening
FxMax.htm in the default browser. Fixed F11 not finding data to elevate
scripts.
