Francis,

You could use CDEx instead, it's much more simple than Windows Media Player and not constrained by Microsoft's policy driven by fears of litigation, it's easy to set up and you can easily adjust it to rip your tracks to your external drive, that is exactly how I do it and it doesn't give me any trouble.

You can still get it from http://www.jfwlite.com under Programs, and there is also a useful tutorial available from the same site.

hi everybody, I posted not getting on with windows media player.
I'm using jaws 7 but really can't always get to those very important
buttons, well I think it is ripping straight to the library, my question is
