Paul,
I don't know why your keys are not working but, in order to shut down your
computer, you should be able to use the keystroke Control+Escape to simulate
the same thing as a single press of the Windows key i.e. this should bring
up the Start Menu.
Hope this helps in the shut down at least.

Hi all,
Firstly could someone please tell me how I can set up a keystroke to restart
JAWS SHOULD IT CRASH OR I FOR WHATEVER REASON need to quit it and restart
it.
Secondly, regarding my windows keys not working, these appear to be the only
keys not functioning correctly and if I don't sort it out by the end of the
day, I may have to leave my PC on until I can get it sorted.
Hope you can help on either or both points.
