Hi Jim,
If you are using BT Broadband then you may be experiencing the same problem
which I had when I changed over. It seems that BT Broadband does not handle
E-mails directly but use Yahoo Mail for which there is an additional charge,
only about £1 per month. I also suddenly stopped receiving mail and it took me
several enquiries before making the necessary adjustments.
