Hi Paul, no problem here, it plays fine. Java's nothing to do with it. I
don't use Java for security reasons, as it can be an access channel for
nasties.

Subject: [jaws-uk] problems accessing STV PLAYER

  hi all,

Using JAWS 12 with Windoes XP.

I have tonight attempted to catch up with Corronation Street, as I haven't
  seen the last seven episodes.

Unfortunatley when I launch the STV player and then the particular corry
  episode, I get no sound.

I should point out that I have been using the STV rather the main ITV site
as I found the latter to be not so JAWS friendly.

I have seen a mesage on there about installing Javascript and wonder if
this
is the reason wy I can't now hear any audio or launch the player.

Please could someone take a look at the following link and tell me what I
  need to do.

  the link is at:
  http://player.stv.tv/programmes/coronation-street/2012-11-15-2000/

  Hohpe you can help.

Am a little surprised and very disapointed that they didn't have the
common
courtesey to advise on their site that people would need to upgrade to
  continue watching programmes.

  Any help would be appreaciated.

  Regards

  Paul. wiindoews
