I am having exactly the same problem with the latest build of 17 on my
Windows 7 system, at first I used the standard ctrl+alt+j but it didn't
work, so I tried several other letters but to no avail. If I need to reload
JFW for any reason, I go to the top of my desktop list, press j and enter,
if I don't go to the top I'm liable to launch Juice instead.

Hi folks, a strange one.
Windows 10, latest jaws 17.
I can not get a shortcut to activate jaws. I've set alt, control, y. This is
announced in properties. I've extracted its target and the target works from
the run command. However, when I activate the shortcut key, I get nothing.
A curio, any thoughts?
