[jaws-uk] outlook freezing

Hi folks,
 
Jaws 10, win xp. Outlook is freezing when I try to save an attachment or
insert a file. This happens only when I tab beyond the cancel box to the
browsing area.
 
Have tried an office repair. Tried with narrator and outlook did respond,
but, very slowly.
