If Steve's method does not work for you, try almost the same moving into the
table and pressing Alt, J, L, K, T to select it all. Then Alt, J, L, F, W.

Regarding text boxes, I think you've come across the issue I tried to explain
in my reply to your first post - they are very difficult to work with the
keyboard.
If you want to keep a table on one page, the first thing to do is select it all
by moving into the table and pressing Alt, J, L, K, T. Next, press Alt, O, P to
open the paragraph dialogue box, press Ctrl + Tab to move to the "line and page
breaks" page of the dialogue, and Tab to the Keep with Next checkbox. Press
Space to check it, and then Enter to close the dialogue. Does that do it for
you?

It is different issue to text box. it is about making sure if a table is on a
single page. I mean, if a table is too long and i want to refit its size to a
single page for the convenience of the reader.
with regard to the previous issue (related to text box), the problem is still
there. I copy and paist the text into a text box successfully. however, when i
want to edit it again, neither the errows, nor insurt key plus up and down
errows read the text for me.

If whilst selected you over type the field with your own text then

The only way I know of drawing a text box is with the mouse, so if
you don't use the mouse, I'm not sure you can do it.
As for getting focus onto an existing text box, use Ctrl + Shift +
O to list them and then press Enter on the one you want. All the
text in the box will be selected, so press an arrow key to unselect
it, then press Shift + F10 to get the context menu. I can't help
you with the options in that menu, because I've never used them! To
get from the text box back to the text layer of the document, press
Escape twice.

insurt+f1 works perfectly and gives me information on how the box
looks like, e.g., margins, sections in the box ETC. However the
context menue does not appear when i press shift+f10. thats the
only way that i can get the context menue because i do not use the
mouse at all.
In addition, could you pleaz explain how to draw a text box? I have
kept the information seperat in atext file before putting into a
text box, therefore drawing new boxes and insurting that
information can be a way to practice it!

where the PC cursor works, and thus are difficult to work with the
keyboard.
I only get two options for text boxes on my Insert menu. The first
is to get some from Office.com via a submenu which then tells me
there is no online content available. The second is to draw a text
box, and if I choose that I have to use the mouse to create it.
In order to format an existing text boxes, you may find Insert +
F1, the JAWS cursor or Ctrl + Shift + O useful to get information
on text boxes in your document, and if you get your focus onto
one, you can use the context menu to format it. it's possible to
move them into the text layer with Alt + Shift + C or from the
context menu when you have focus on one, but that removes their main
benefit.
It's a while since I've looked into the topic properly, but I'm
not aware of the situation changing with Word 2016 or later
versions of JAWS.
