enrolled in a online it help desk course.
and having trouble finding jaws for windows help desk and contact management
software.
either too hard to set up, too hard to use, no keyboard short cuts or menus, or
just plain inaccessible.
need this for an assignment.
so if you have done a help desk course or work in a accessible help desk.
