Why not whilst jaws 9 runing, remove the hot keys that you have signed, launch
jaws 10 if still there within programme startup menu, set again your hot keys,
save and try to relounch jaws again and see if it works.

hello
up until about an hour ago i was using jaws 10
now for some reason unknown to me it is now reading jaws 9
this means that the auto forms facility is not on this version
can anyone tell me how to get back to using jaws 10 especially as i have
mislaid the cd
and when i am back with version 10 how do i remove version 9 so that this
does not happen again
