This relates to the reading pain which you want to turn off.
In Outlook 2007 this is in the view menu along with auto preview which
should also be unchecked.

Hi all,
Can anyone advise me how I get Jaws to say unread message until I have
opened that message?
At the moment in Microsoft outlook if I cursor up and down my in box jaws
will say unread once or twice so if I haven't read the message jaws won't
say unread if I have already cursored over the message once or twice.
I feel sure there will be a setting to change this.
Any help appreciated.
