No, I haven't taken up this offer but a thought does occur to me.
Windows 10 is being released so perhaps the RNIB are trying to get rid of
their old stock of Windows 8 machines quickly before they get the new machines.
So perhaps this is why they are selling them cheap.
I am sure we would all recommend any potential buyers to ask questions to make
the details of the offer clear before purchasing.
