Hi Maggie, Do you mean http page links in an e mail message? This has something to do with messages you receive in plain text or html format I think. If you receive a message in plain text I think the link is sometimes inactive. Try routing jaws to pc and getting the cursor onto the http then left mouse click. I have tried coming at the offending links from different directions, by bringing up the list of links by pressing Insert + F7, by getting JAWS to take me to the link before and manually tabbing down the link I want, but no dice.
