This site explains how to use Rnav2003.exe when you cannot uninstall Norton
AntiVirus 2003 or earlier through Windows Add/Remove Programs.

Francis,
You need to use add remove programs in control panel.
There is a list of all the installed programs, when you find this arrow
down to Norton and then tab to the uninstall button, I think that's what
its called but you only need to tab once I think.
