Hi Kevin,
You need to be in basic view, not standard view.
Go to your gmail page and do a jaws find, searching for standard. Basic will
be next to it.

Hi sorry to go over old ground but i am trying to use g mail with latest
version of jaws 2018 with out a great deal of success. Do I have to enable
anything with jaws to make g mail accessable? Any help would be appreciated
