Hi,
Probably you have zoomed out a little bit without notice.
Windows key plus + and - zoom in and out .
So, in your case use Windows key plus - in order to reduce the screen.
Probably you have installed an addon for accessibility or zoom/contrast
which is good to be uninstalled if you are completely blind and speech or
Braille is your way to access the info.
Third, if none of the above is the case go to Chrome settings and set the
appearance as default.
