I updated my firefox and from which I tried to download the webvisum but not
able to make it work. Please could you tell me if you are having the same
problem or not? Please suggest what to do.

Rashmi,
If you downloaded WebVisum from the WebVisum site, the version is probably
out of date, last year I discovered that there is a good version on the
Mozilla site under add-ons, install this and you should be good to go.
