George, thanks for that huge URL.

Do I have to do any configuring when I download it? I've never used it in my
life.

Best wishes,

Joan.

  Hi Joan,

  You ideally need Microsoft PowerPoint.

However, you can download a PowerPoint Viewer from this very long URL ending
in displaylang=en

    Hi, Folks,

I received an attachment from a friend with the extension pps. When I try
to open it, I am informed that my computer doesn't have a program to open it
and tells me to create one from Control Panel.

Well, it would be as well telling me to fly to the moon! How do I create a
program?

Someone tells me they think pps is power point. Is this correct and is that
what I need?

Words of one syllable would help! (smile)

    Best wishes,

    Joan.
