Hi Darren

Tried that. It's the same thing happening when I sit in the edit field for
what's on your mind. When I press enter on it to go into forms mode, it
announces that forms mode is off. Trying it again thinking that forms mode
must automatically go on, it wraps to the top so it mustn't be on. The other
fields work OK, but not that one.

  Hi.

On the normal Facebook, when you've logged in, you shoudl be able to press
the letter e till you get to the correct edit field.

Also, find the text that say's what's on your mind and press enter on it,
that should open up the edit box.

  Cheers
  Darren

I know I'm probably being a real dunce about this, but those of you who
have said you use facebook well, how do you manage to update your status. JAWS
doesn't recognise the 'what's on your mind' box as an edit field. I've managed
to find it by clicking on the update status link and then tabbing down to the
same box there, which is an edit field, but when I press enter to go into forms
mode, JAWS announces that forms mode is off and refreshes the page. The box
then disappears again. Am I missing or doing something really obvious.

Sorry again if this is a pain for anyone
