Have you tried changing the access key setting in Jaws options, basic?

Hi all,
I'm new to the list, having come back to jaws after using NVDA for
several years.
I'm just wondering if there's a way to disable spoken feedback such as
alt+tab, speaking of "enter" keyboard commands as they're entered ETC?
