I agree with George about using the Upgrade Advisor it is better to know about the upcoming problems than have to deal with them unprepared especially if you only have the one machine. Some of us have a luxiury of more than one machine (in my case more than one platform) so it is easier to get out of a hole when it happens. Being an optomisitic sort of person I budget on loosing most drivers on an O/S upgrade although mjy Sony VAIO upgraded quite nicely (but still even required a couple of drivers Windows could not source automatically). Live One Care goes and so to do Ultimate Extras if you are a VISTA Ultimate User in the Windows 7 upgrade process. The former is only partially offset by introduction of a free anti-virus (rather than 360 drgree security) which among some of the security bods has had a very good report. Regards.
