When you're in the message, Press alt and space bar together, then downArrow
and you'll get maximise or max unavailable.
If you get unavailable, it means the window is already maxed.
If you want to know what version of jaws you've got, go to the jaws help
menu and arrow up to about jaws.

Tried it on 7 and 10 with Jaws 18 and it's fine. May be try maximising your
message window.

Hi list
I've just received the Windows update and the first thing I'm noticing is
that control down arrow no longer moves between paragg. Is it unavoidable
post-update? Can I fix it? If so, can anyonnoyiraphs in emails. Haven't
tried anything other than checking email so far, but this is already ae tell
me how?
