Thanks for the shortcut. I now have a way to get to the beginning of the
"narrative" as someone called it. Press 1 then T then ctrl-alt-end then down
arrow. This is a lot quicker than having to arrow down through all the table
info.

To go to the end of the table press Alt + Ctrl + End.
After the level 1 heading, you normally have a summary about the topic, which
may include a table. Then the next heading is normally the 'Contents' (table of
contents).

There is a level one heading but that's not where the article begins. There is
usually a table after the heading and then the article begins. Getting to the
beginning of the article requires a lot of navigation to get there.
