Darren There are a multitude of things that can be done to make software accessibl= e and these differ depending upon the type of software it is and what langu= age it is written in. From what you say, the software is icon driven, so t= he first thing I would say to the developer is "Can I use your software wit= hout using a mouse?", as accessible software should allow you to work with = the keyboard if you don't or can't use a mouse. It should also be remember= ed that accessible software means more than a product being just screen rea= der friendly as disabled people other than blind people also experience pro= blems with badly designed software.
