Belinda,
Tab to the system tray.
Then, Press Jaws key plus F11. This brings up a list of icons.
Arrow through them till you find vol control.
Then tab and you will hear right click.
Press enter.
Up and down arrow till you get open vol control.
Hit enter.
You can then tab through the options.
Sounds long winded, but it's easy.
