Thank you very much, Run-a-round about sums it up. I showed the Answer from George to others far wiser than I and that is what they said. My Rnib Volunteer who has just gone to live in France came to put on some software and I showed him in Archived Mail a crop of files I could not open they had been moved from 1 computer to another and I could not open them. My Volunteer had been searching the Web for a free tool, he said not only was the information in Georges not free but it was not Vip friendly. By the way Tristram if you do know of a free one can you let me know? The Post was a bit like pass the parcel in a way each person had a look at it and made a comment and by the end I was more confused than the start.
