Kevin, have you tried routing the Jaws cursor to the PC cursor checking it's on the right button then doing a virtual left mouse click. If you don't know the key strokes for this, I can tell you those for a desktop keyboard. -----Original Message----- From: jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kevin Morris Sent: 28 October 2013 11:11 To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jaws-uk] Turning Kidsafe On Or Off Using Jaws Hi all, I am using Jaws 11 on a Windows 7 laptop. I have just attempted to log into my Tiscali (now TalkTalk) account. Before doing so I am asked to choose on or off for Kidsafe a product designed to stop children from accessing adult content. I have tried to select the option I require using both the enter key and the space bar, however the system keeps returning an error and asking me to choose an option so something isn't working. Is anyone else using TalkTalk with Jaws and, if so have you experienced this problem? If you did how did you get around it? I could call TalkTalk and tell them which option I require, however the system should, obviously be accessible without me having to do this. Many thanks in advance for your help, Kevin ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
