Well, they aren't so hence why I'm asking. It doesn't detect anything on a webpage, although putting a cursor over text in the webpage will read it off but Insert+F7 and other functions won't do anything. I have been able to upgrade Him successfully from 4.5 to 5.1 but any attempts to upgrade have caused a number of problems. I am presently attempting to upgrade to JAWS 6 (as a step to upgrading even further) and while I can get it to read menus, files, etc it won't work with Internet Explorer 6 (except to read the top menus but not anything on the webpages) and he reports he has problems with it working in Microsoft Word (Office 2000 I think). He currently uses Windows XP, recently upgraded to Service Pack 3. I have a found suggestions including repairing the installation and turning off MSAA (which I have done before) but still no success. Any suggestions, other then contacting technical support?
