[jaws-uk] Tiddy and Debbie expanded and compacted.

I know I raised this problem last week however I have not been able to
solve it. After the visit from KAB my Association for the Blind they put
Jaws 7 on laptop tried to link to Printer driver, failed and after they
had gone saying put through paces I discovered this. Expanded. On Toshiba
laptop Debbie I am using the full keyboard plugged in as I think you said it
was different using a laptop It says when arrowing down in all lists in Oe.
expanded every few Emails, If I knew what this meant I could perhaps cure
it. I have been into the View Manu and failed. A sighted friend will call
in in the morning he uses OE and EXP Home as I do but he does not have
Wireless connection. Now the next thing it does is this. I am in the process
for example of leaving Oe and closing down Windows. Just as the Windows
station is closing down O.E says that it can free up lots of disc space and
it will only take a few minutes. By the time it says this it is shutting
down so it doesn't compact. Now if it did compact and it has in past,is that
the reason why I keep hearing Expanded just what is happening Can you
