Hi Kevin, I'm no expert but I reckon Jaws Reading Schemes is the answer. Consult the Jaws help files.

Subject: [jaws-uk] TRACK CHANGES AND JAWS

Hello all,

Can anyone give advice on reading track changes using Jaws please? I'm
having big problems in determining who, precisely made what changes on
documents. Different people can use different colours to signify who
made a particular change but Jaws doesn't seem able to cope with this.
Any tips gratefully received.

Thanks,

Kevin
