Hello Folks, Does JAWS behave differently with a computer that has Symantec Anti Virus software installed on it? If yes, are there any settings that need to be changed on Symantec to allow JAWS to work like the way it should? I asked this because, I did encounter some weird behaviour with JAWS on my work computer. For example, we use Microsoft Communicator as a Instant Message client, when I move to the contact list of communicator, it reads out the name of the contact but not the status. And sometimes, it reads out overlapping names in the contact list, and other times it reads out the status of the contact. It's difficult to tell whether the contact is online, offline, in a meeting or away. Kindly advise. I am using JAWS 14 on a Windows 7 Operating system.
