I have the same problem, and it is annoying!
I just use the shift tab buttons to check on the word Jaws is saying when in
the spell checker.

It would seem to be a bug in Jaws v7. I've e-mailed freedom scientific to
see if there's a patch, but as yet had no reply. If I get a satisfactory
answer, I'll let you know. (don't hold your breath though)

Same here, Jim. I don't have a solution I'm afraid other than pressing
Escape and then start the spell checking again.

When spell checking in O/E, Jaws sometimes tells you the incorrect spelt
word for the last one it was on and corrected, when actually its on
another misspellt word altogether. Is there anyone else experiencing
this problem and if so, have you rectified it?
