Hi Joan,
For a fairly permanent solution, in Word, go to the Tools
menu, and select Options. Go to the View Tab, and make sure
that none of the boxes in the Formatting Marls section are
checked.
Close and restart Word to be sure it has taken.

Hi, Folks,
I know I asked this before and thought I'd saved the
appropriate Email but, with my usual inefficiency, I didn't
save it.
In MS Word, all I get is space marker and paragraph marker
said before each word. How did I get this to happen and how
can I remove it please?
Please help before I murder the computer!
