Barbara,

Yes. The GoTo command, Control + G or F5, allows you to move to any cell
in a sheet. If you type in a range of cells, for example f4:g9 (that's f
4 colon g 9) and then press Enter, it will select that range.

If you have more than one range to select, you separate one range from
the next with a comma followed by a space. But (there's always a but!)
once you have your multiple ranges selected, note you are restricted in
what you can do with them. For instance, you can't cut or copy them.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Selecting within a spread sheet

Does anyone know how to select a range of fields within a spread sheet?
Basically I only want to select a range of fields that have been filled
in
and was wondering if there was anywhere I could state a range from and
to to
be selected?

Any help greatefully received.

Barbara
