Hi Ken, Try by starting the search with F3 and then typing in your search term. If you want results that are very specific then it is worthwhile putting double quotes round the text e.g. if searching for items to do with the Technology for Life conference, put "technology for life" in as the search term rather than the three words separately. I don't use this much so don't know much about the finer details but it did work for me just now. As I receive quite a few email group messages I have my option set to daily digest, then have searched the message for any interesting content from the summary list. I've tried to do this in Outlook, and it doesn't seem to work as I'd expect. Can anyone advise on how to search a message for a text string? Many thanks, Ken PS Hope I'm able to find the replies in amongst the other messages in the digest! _____ No virus found in this message.
