Hello Lynda,

The say all command is Insert down cursor.

However, I am using word, either 2003 or 2002, not sure which, and Jaws 11,
using that command, will only read a single line at a time.

And, to tell you the truth, it drives me nuts!!

Fortunately, being retired, I don't have to do any formatting etc, so mainly
use Notepad.

And if I receive a Word document from anyone, I usually copy and paste it
into Notepad, and Jaws reads it beautifully.

I hope this helps.

With best wishes,

Keith

Subject: [jaws-uk] Say all command

Hi

How do I get JAWS 11 to read all the text in a Word 2003 document? I've
looked in the help file but can't find the actual command.

Thanks in advance.
Lynda
