The simple thing... Have you taken a look at the volume control settings? In start menu/All programs/accessories/Entertainment? See if anything's muted or set to 0 there. -----Original Message----- From: jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jaws-uk-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kevin Morris Sent: 25 April 2008 21:52 To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jaws-uk] SOUNDS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY Good evening, After having installed additional memory Jaws stopped working as did all sounds on my desktop. I subsequently reinabled sounds by unchecking the box, within Control Panel which had someone defaulted to mute and Jaws began to voice again, however no other sounds eminate from the PC and I can't get Windows Media Player or Real Player to work. I'm using Windows XP Professional and the most up-to-date version of Jaws. Can anyone help please? Many thanks, Kevin No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG.
