[jaws-uk] Remove the Volume Control Icon from the Taskbar

Removing the "Volume" Icon from the Taskbar may, repeat
"may", prevent accidental use such as muting.
You may need sighted help for this, and what is described
below MAY also vary depending on the sound card drivers
installed.
RIGHT click on the Volume Icon.
Select "Adjust Audio Properties" or press the letter a.
A dialog should appear titled, "Sounds and Audio Device
Properties".
In the "Volume" tab of this dialog, look for a check box
called "Place volume icon in taskbar".
Uncheck it, and click on O.K.
