When you say it pays to follow the recommended instructions, is there anything
in particular you are referring to? I have never been able to find anything to
help operate Lotus Notes with Jaws, so have just taught myself work arounds to
do all I need to do.
By the way, having moved to Notes 7 and Jaws 8, the issue with e-mail headings
has been resolved - it now feels much more like Outlook Express. I have not
had enough time to tell if other aspects will also be different.
