Hi Shirley and list, You could try the following: Alt + V, down arrow to sort by sub-menu, right arrow once and then down arrow to received and press enter. Having done this, you might want to decide whether the list is in ascending or descending order. To do this, alt + V, down arrow to sort by sub-menu, right arrow once and then down arrow till you hear ascending or descending and press enter on your choice. Hope this helps.
