Hi Shirley and list,

You could try the following:

Alt + V, down arrow to sort by sub-menu, right arrow once and then down arrow
to received and press enter.

Having done this, you might want to decide whether the list is in ascending or
descending order. To do this, alt + V, down arrow to sort by sub-menu, right
arrow once and then down arrow till you hear ascending or descending and press
enter on your choice.

Hope this helps.

Robert

  Dear Shirley and list:

well I must admit I was stating how I put my inbox in date order in MS
Outlook 2003, not Outlook Express.

try the alt v for hopefully the view menu and arrow up and down or use the
tab key to see what options are available.

  Good luck.
