Hi Kevin,
Try the following:
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager.
2. Use ArrowDown to reach the process you wish to close.
3. Press RightArrow to expand.
4. Press Tab three times to reach the End Task button and press Enter.
