get same problems sometimes and can't explain it. What document? How are you
getting it, eg. opening it from where?

Hello,
I am having problems in using Adobe Reader version 8.0. I have the latest
version of Jaws, however when I click on even a short PDF document I receive
the message "alert, document being processed" after which my PC just hangs,
i.e. the document can not be read irrespective of how long I wait for
processing to be completed.
I thought that I'd downloaded all accessibility features but maybe not. Any
help gratefully received.
