[jaws-uk] Notepad punctuation

Hi,
JFW 12. As a website worker I need notepad to speak every character. My desktop
pc does this ok but when I use my laptop and notepad it doesn't read them all.
When I try to modify punctuation, it tells me it's unavailable, only available
if I modify the default file in Ctr Shift D
Sorry if this is basic, how do I modify notepads punctuation without affecting
the default "some" or "most">.
