Hi, I sent to Tiddy an email explaining about the way a Trojan was killed,
not sure why it finished up on list, computer did freeze and give an error
message, and I see it arrived on List. the strike bit was me saying what I
heard uttered at time of killing of Trojan "Lace and strike when ready,use
any key, the scream was I assume Kaspersky killing it or them,but all Data
was removed so in July last year and another attack, I called in an Engineer
at once and recorded what he found, there were 5 Trojans on each Pc, and 1
actually Jaws itself hard to explain,but very nasty,not to mention
cunning.Kaspersky used to work with Jaws once I am told ,now not but because
it once did and now doesn't many using screen readers got caught out If
anti-virus packages cannot work with screen readers they should say so not
ignore complaints,Head Office is in Moscow. and Uk Branch do not answer
