Hi, Phil and Flor,

Thanks very much for that. Just goes to show I don't read half of the right
things! (smile)

I think I'll do what Iain suggested and have a sound for mouse over now.

Thanks to you all.

Best wishes,

Joan.

  Hi Joan,

OnMouseOver often reveals some further text to a sighted user or changes
something about the presentation while the mouse cursor is hovering over the
link.

Some times Jaws doesn't provide us with any further information but
occasionally the page developer opens extra text beneath the link which we can
read by using a method described in the Freedom Scientific Surf's up training
material. Try the link about OnMouseOver at:
  http://www.freedomscientific.com/fs_products/Surfs_Up/OnMouseOver.htm

  HTH,

  Phil Medway.

    Hi, Iain,

Yes, sounds a good idea, but what does it actually mean? Would I be able to
do anything if I know it's mouse over?

Honestly, I'm not at all clear what it does.

    Best wishes,

    Joan.

      Joan,
I thought it might be quite useful to know but annoying to hear the words
so I have a sound played instead of the 'mouseover' word.

      Iain.

        Sorry, Folks,

Can't remember how to uncheck this annoying mouse over thing.

        Could someone help please?

        Best wishes,

        Joan.
