congratulations Marie, You were persistent and that is why you did it. I am glad my friend Canada offered to help, he has a lot of experience and has just set up skype himself,and had no sighted person around. I may try myself one day if I can get BT to give me a reliable phone line. It has been wavering around for 2 days in this wet weather. I do hope you enjoy using skype now Best wishes
