Hi,
The problem comes from xBox app and game toolbar which keeps letter G as a
short key.
Search how to disable and uninstall this from here and see what's happening.
Eventually you can check up this article?

Hi Richard,
All I can say is that on my previous laptop, I used to get this all the
time. In the end I put it down to a faulty keyboard rather than a Jaws
problem but it was hard to be sure. It was always the letter G when it
happened and just as you describe it.

Subject: [jaws-uk] Letter G
Hi list
I wonder have you experienced the following issue:
I am using jaws 2019 with windows 10. Several times throughout the day the
letter G lower case stops working. When I type words like "great" it writes
"reat". I have to reboot jaws to get the letter G to work.
I can recreate the problem by simply going on the internet. When I go on
the internet G normally stops working. Also, sometimes when my laptop is in
sleep mode the G is not working after I awaken it.
Any thoughts?
Richard
