I couldn't find the item that Jim mentioned (although I did find a tutorial 
CD that you can buy, link here:

But a while ago I found this page:

It's quite a long page but there's a section called "++jaws office 2007 tips 
1" which might be helpful.
Also  "++jaws Using the ribbonin word 2007" (no space between "ribbon" and 
"in").  I know this applies to Office 2007 not 2010 but it still might be of 
use.

Hello Barbara,
If you Google in "word 2010 keystrokes" there is one item in the list which
is specific to Jaws users, it's a series of articles produced by the British
computer ascociation for the blind. This series takes in the Jaws virtual
ribbon which yu may like to have a look at, I am not keen on this, but it's
a matter of choice.
The article has one section which gives the new shortcut keys.
If you have been used to using Word 2003, however, you can still use nearly
all the old keystrokes to access the dialogues, once into these dialogues,
you will find them almost exactly the same as the old 2003 items,
