Go to: 1 Start > Control panel. 2 Open System and use the Jaws cursor to find out how much memory you have in the PC, if it is 256 it is really to low for a Windows XP machine, if higher and you have the problem you may need to look at what is running on the PC and see if you can trim the installation a bit.
